Information submitted

The scenario form is designed to collect a Realtor or referral partner’s name, email address, phone number, mortgage-challenge category, and a high-level scenario summary. The form instructs users not to provide Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank or account numbers, tax returns, bank statements, document links, or other sensitive borrower documents.

Operational processing

When production is configured, accepted submissions are stored in the website’s private database and an email notification is sent to approved lending-team recipients. Hashed network and browser values may be used for security, duplicate detection, and rate limiting.

Secure borrower documents

Borrower applications and documents must be submitted only through the approved secure mortgage application portal, not through the public scenario form or ordinary email.

Retention, access, and contact

The final policy must identify the approved data controller, contact method, retention schedule, authorized access, consumer rights, required state notices, and any vendor disclosures. Those details are intentionally not invented here.
